Coaching

Space to get clear on what matters now and what comes next.

I work with accomplished people navigating meaningful inflection points in their leadership, careers, and lives.

Sometimes you’re stepping into something bigger. Sometimes something that has worked for years no longer fits. You may be facing an important decision, questioning what you want next, or simply recognizing that you want to show up differently.

Coaching creates the space to slow down, get curious, and look beneath the immediate question. Together, we challenge assumptions, notice patterns, deepen self-awareness, and explore what may be getting in the way.

This isn’t about someone else giving you the answer. It’s about getting clearer on your own.

Coaching may be useful when you are:

Leadership

Becoming a different kind of leader, navigating complexity, building confidence, strengthening relationships, developing your presence, or leading under pressure.

Career

Stepping into a new role, standing at a crossroads, experiencing burnout, questioning what you want, or deciding whether to stay or leave.

Transition

Knowing that something is changing, or needs to change, even when you don’t yet know what the answer is

Coaching can help you:

  • See a situation more clearly

  • Understand the patterns shaping your choices

  • Challenge assumptions about what is possible

  • Make decisions with greater confidence

  • Develop a different way of leading or working

  • Move through uncertainty without needing immediate answers

  • Take intentional next steps

How we work:

Every coaching engagement is different because every person and every moment is different.

We start by getting clear on what you want from the work. From there, our conversations are shaped by what is emerging for you, not by a prescribed framework.

I’ll ask questions, challenge your thinking, reflect back what I’m noticing, and sometimes stay with something longer than you might on your own. The work is thoughtful and reflective, but it is also grounded in helping you move forward.

What you leave with:

  • Greater clarity about what matters to you

  • Deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns shaping your choices

  • New perspectives and possibilities

  • More confidence in your decisions

  • A clearer sense of what you want next

  • Intentional experiments or actions to help you move forward

The goal isn’t to have everything figured out. It’s to understand yourself more deeply, get clearer about the questions that matter, and make choices that feel more intentional.
